What does “reservation” mean?

A reservation is a pre-order for a specific model. Each handbag is limited edition and handmade in Greece.

When can I expect delivery?

Production may take up to 1.5 months, depending on the model. For the exact delivery time, please contact us at info@madaiq.lt

Do I have to pay in advance?

Yes, full payment including shipping costs is required in advance.

What if I change my mind?

We understand that circumstances may change. If you decide to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
