Terms of service
1. General Provisions
1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for both the Buyer and the Seller, setting out the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, correct, or supplement these Rules at any time. Buyers will be informed of any changes via the online store website.
2. Formation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. A purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order in the online store after familiarizing themselves with these Rules.
3. Seller’s Rights
3.1. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the operation, stability, or security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access without warning.
4. Seller’s Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the online store under the conditions set out in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer in accordance with these Rules.
4.3. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Seller from delivering the ordered goods, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer an alternative product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller shall refund the payment within 3 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises their right under Clause 5.2, the Seller undertakes to refund the payment within 5 working days from the day the returned goods are received.
4.5. The Seller may withhold a refund until the goods are returned or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been shipped, whichever occurs first.
5. Buyer’s Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the goods.
5.3. The right under Clause 5.2 applies only if the goods are undamaged, have not significantly changed in appearance, and have not been used.
6. Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods without a valid reason at the time of delivery, they must cover the return shipping costs at the Seller’s request.
6.3. The Buyer must inspect the shipment and goods with the Seller or the person delivering the goods at the time of delivery.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms their agreement with these purchase-sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them.
7. Prices of Goods
7.1. Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT. The total order cost includes the delivery fee, if applicable.
8. Ordering and Payment
8.1. The Buyer selects the desired goods and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the cart, the Buyer provides personal information necessary for order fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and any additional information important for delivery. The Buyer confirms that they have read these Rules and places the order.
8.2. The order is considered confirmed when submitted by the Buyer. Goods will be shipped after payment is received.
8.3. Payments can be made by bank transfer, Visa and MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or via online banking services such as Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių Bank, Urbo Bank, LKU Credit Union, N26, Revolut, and Wise. Payments are processed in euros via the MakeCommerce.lt platform.
8.4. If paying by bank transfer, the Buyer must make payment within 2 working days of placing the order. The goods will be reserved for this period. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
9. Delivery of Goods
9.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address when ordering.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot accept delivery but the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer cannot claim that the delivery was made to the wrong person.
9.3. The Seller delivers goods according to the terms indicated in the product descriptions.
9.4. All product specifications are listed in the product descriptions. The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other parameters appear different due to the Buyer’s monitor.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase-sale agreement, all payments, including delivery costs, will be refunded.
10. Returns
10.1. Goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. Conditions for returning goods:
10.2.1. The returned product must be in its original, intact packaging;
10.2.2. The product must be undamaged;
10.2.3. The product must be unused, retain its original appearance, labels, protective films, etc.;
10.2.4. The returned product must be complete as received;
10.2.5. The Seller may refuse to accept goods if return conditions are not met;
10.2.6. Returns must be made as instructed by the Seller within 14 calendar days of receipt (this does not apply to defective goods, which are returned under statutory warranty).
10.3. Returns and exchanges are carried out according to Article 6.22810, Part 1 of the Civil Code.
10.4. Refunds for returned goods will be made within 5 days of receipt by the Seller, unless otherwise agreed.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relationship between the Parties are interpreted in accordance with Lithuanian law.
11.3. Disputes arising from these Rules are resolved through negotiations; if unsuccessful, disputes are resolved according to Lithuanian law.
11.4. Parties are released from obligations if performance is impossible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
