Refund policy
We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please review the information below regarding returns.
1. Return Period
1.1. Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
2. Return Conditions
2.1. The item must retain its original appearance, with all tags attached, and must be unused.
2.2. Returns must be made within the specified return period.
3. Return Method
3.1. Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia: Returns can be made via LP Express (Unisend) (recommended) or Omniva courier service.
3.2. Other EU countries: Returns are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping. Items must be sent to the company’s official business address using a tracked shipping method.
3.3. Returns from non-EU countries must be arranged with us in advance. All return shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any return-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. When shipping from outside the EU, the package must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs declaration. Any additional import taxes incurred in Lithuania due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from the refund.
4. Return Costs
4.1. For standard returns, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4.2. In case of defective or damaged items, the seller will cover all return shipping costs.
4.3. Refunds will be transferred to the bank account used for the order within 5–10 business days after we confirm the condition of the returned items. Please note: for international orders (outside the EU), original shipping costs and any import duties or taxes paid by the seller on behalf of the customer are non-refundable.
