1. Key Terms

1.1. Company or Data Controller – MB MADA IQ, a small company established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 307086528, registered address: Ligoninės St. 15-14, Alytus, LT-62114.
1.2. Client or Data Subject – an individual who is a client of the Company (including website visitors), whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. Online Store – the Company’s online store at https://madaiq.lt.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (Data Subject).
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – any action performed on personal data.
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company or participating in joint projects with the Company.
1.8. Cookie – a small piece of text information stored on the visitor’s device.
1.9. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services directly.
1.10. Privacy Policy – this document.
1.11. Account – the Client’s login credentials.
1.12. Password – a unique combination created by the Client to access their Account.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to perform all Personal Data processing actions as specified in this Privacy Policy for the stated purposes.
2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Republic of Lithuania’s Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable legal acts and this Privacy Policy.
2.3. The Company processes Personal Data based on the following principles:

2.3.1. Personal data is collected for specific and lawful purposes;

2.3.2. Personal data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully;

2.3.3. Personal data is adequate and limited to what is necessary;

2.3.4. Personal data is kept up-to-date;

2.3.5. Personal data is stored in a form allowing identification of the Data Subject no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed;

2.3.6. All information about Personal Data is confidential;

2.3.7. The Client’s Personal Data and personal information will not be used for unlawful purposes.

2.4. By purchasing from the Online Store, the Client is deemed to have read and agreed to the current version of the Privacy Policy. If the Client disagrees with any part of the Privacy Policy, they should not place an order or purchase products from the Online Store.
2.5. The Privacy Policy is available in the Online Store and can be printed at any time. The Company may modify, supplement, or update it at its discretion. The updated version is published on the Online Store.
2.6. The Client may place an order without registration or by registering an Account in the Online Store.
2.7. During the initial registration, the Client must provide their email address, create a secure password, and provide accurate personal data. The Client is responsible for its accuracy. Upon creating an Account, the Client receives an identification code.
2.8. When using Services or purchasing from the Online Store, the Client must always provide accurate personal data and is responsible for its accuracy.
2.9. The Client has the right to modify or update Personal Data in their Account at any time or request deletion of their Account.
2.10. The Client must not disclose their Password to third parties and is responsible for safeguarding it.

3. Collection, Use, Correction, and Storage of Personal Data

3.1. The Company respects each Client’s right to privacy. The Client’s Personal Data (name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address, age/date of birth, payment details, purchase history, and, with consent, gender, birth date, and residence) is collected and processed for the following purposes:

3.1.1. E-commerce purposes – processing name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address, age/date of birth, IP address, and payment information. Personal data used for e-commerce is stored for 5 years from the last login date.

3.1.2. Direct marketing purposes – processing name, surname, phone number, email, address, age, gender, birth date, residence. Personal data used for direct marketing is stored for 5 years from the last login date.

3.2. The Client may consent to the processing of their Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes. If the Client withdraws this consent, the Company will no longer process their data for Direct Marketing or send any newsletters except information related to the Client’s order.
3.3. The Client may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to info@madaiq.lt, clearly stating that they withdraw consent for Direct Marketing.
3.4. The Client may also opt-out via a link included in each marketing email.
3.5. The Client, as a Data Subject, has the following rights:

3.5.1. Access information about their Personal Data and how it is processed;

3.5.2. Learn the sources of Personal Data, the purpose of processing, and recipients over the last 1 year;

3.5.3. Request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing when data is processed unlawfully.

3.6. To exercise these rights, the Client must provide an ID, passport, or driver’s license. The Company provides information free of charge once per year. Requests should be sent to info@madaiq.lt.

3.7. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except:

3.7.1. With the Client’s consent;

3.7.2. For e-commerce purposes with Partners providing services to the Company;

3.7.3. As required by law.

3.7.4. Payments in the Online Store are processed using makecommerce.lt, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), so necessary payment information will be transmitted to Maksekeskus AS.

3.8. The Client has the right to refuse Direct Marketing processing at any time.
3.9. Personal Data may be transferred to Partners when fulfilling an order or providing Services.
3.10. If the Client does not agree with the Privacy Policy, they cannot use the Online Store.
3.11. The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, or processing.
3.12. Personal Data may be stored longer if required by competent authorities or in cases of suspected illegal activity or identity theft.
3.13. The Company responds to requests related to Personal Data within 30 calendar days.

3.14. To provide full functionality, cookies are used to recognize returning users, collect statistics, and track shopping carts. The Client can review and delete cookies at any time.

4. Other Provisions

4.1. The Company may change or supplement the Privacy Policy fully or partially. Changes take effect upon publication.
